Yeo
Vale Division is part of Somerset North Guiding County and was formed in 1992.
It is made up of 4 Districts; Congresbury, Lyncombe Wood,
Yatton, Wrington Vale.
Yeo Vale Division has nearly 643 members meeting in
over 20 groups across the
Yeo Valley
area.
Girlguiding is a lot of fun! It is about giving girls and young women the
opportunity
to try new
activities, have new experiences, and learn the skills they need to
realise
their dreams. Information about the various sections appears to the left

Yeo Vale Division Guide Association County Standard

The emblems represent
the Guide Trefoil, symbolic of the threefold Promise;
The River Yeo is shown because it runs through the whole Division;
The Trout represents Wrington Vale District famous for
its Blagdon Trout Lake;
The Cross represents the cross at Congresbury District;
The Stunted Spire church represents the church in Yatton District;
The Gold Ring represent the "Sandford horde" in Lyncombe Wood District ;
